Do I need to own land to be a customer?

No. You can purchase or pre-order a house on one of our developments if you do not own land.

We are currently building two housing developments at Prampram and Amrahia and are accepting pre-orders for either of these locations.

What materials is the home made of?

The building is made from the following materials:

● Steel external frame
● Plywood internal frame
● AlucoBond® aluminum exterior cladding
● Hardwood flooring
● Vinyl floor tiles

What payment plans do you offer?

We offer the following payment plans:

- Flex Payment Plan (Pay whatever you can afford with no minimum requirements)

1 Year Payment Plan - (12 Payments)
 
2 Year Payment Plan - (24 Payments)

All of our payment plans are ZERO interest. 

Will you be creating other housing models with different sizes and designs?

Yes, we will continue to develop houses of larger sizes and of different styles.

Currently we are developing The Complete Storey, a 2 -storey, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. We expect this model to be available for purchase before the end of the year.

We will also continue to make more designs and houses of various shapes and sizes. Please contact us and let us know what you would like to see us make next!


Are your houses secure?

Yes, the houses will always be physically secure.  The core frame is made of steel and it's outer cladding is made of Alucobond (an aluminum composite); these are solid metals that can not be easily broken through. The house will also have burglar proofing on windows and doors. 

Any additional security features that you would like to have can always be added on for your safety and comfort.

Where will the houses be located?

We can build and deliver anywhere in Ghana. 

We are also currently building two developments. One at Prampram on the beach front and one in Amrahia.

How do I make payments for the home?

You can make payments on your home in three ways:

 Option 1: Cash deposit at bank Option 2: Bank transferOption 3: Mobile Money to Bank Account

How much do I need to make as a down payment, and how much will each monthly payment be?

Down payments are flexible with no minimum. With all of our payment plans, we will build or deliver the home for you when you have paid 70% of the home price.

To help you better understand and determine what payment structure is best for you, we have created a Payment Plan Calculator which you can use to determine what your monthly payments will be for any payment plan and any down payment amount you choose.

Simply adjust the down payment amount for whichever home model you're interested in, and the monthly payment amounts will adjust automatically.  You can also adjust the USD to Cedi exchange rate asneeded. 

Do I need to worry about building and zoning permits?

If you are planning to build the structure on your property that you already own, then you will need to acquire a building permit from your local metropolitan assembly for the house to be placed on your land. You can contact us for advice on how to complete the process.

If you are planning to live in a house on one of our developments, then you will not need to go through the process of requiring permits. 

I live outside of Greater Accra, can I still purchase one of your homes?

Yes, we will deliver the home anywhere in Ghana.

Do you offer any warranties?

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on any housing fixtures that are broken or malfunctioning due to no fault of the owner. Appliances provided with the home will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Flex Payment Plan?

The Flex Payment Plan is a payment system that allows you to pay for a house at whatever pace works for you. You can pay whatever amount is comfortable for you at any time that you can, and once you have paid for 70% of the cost of the house, it will be provided to you.

There are no monthly minimums or deadlines, and as always there will never be any interest charges.

What are the dimensions of the Complete Mobile Pod?

The dimensions of The Complete Mobile Pod are as follows:

Length: 6 Meters (19.7 feet)

Width: 3.5 Meters (11.5 feet)

Height: 4 Meters (13.1 feet)

What are the dimensions of the Complete Storey?

The dimensions of The Complete Storey are as follows:

Length: 8 Meters (26.2 feet)

Width: 5 Meters (16.4 feet)

Height: 7.5 Meters (24.6 feet)

Where is your office located?

Our company works fully remotely.  The Complete Housing team is global, so we decided it would be best and most efficient for us to be a remote working company. This also allows us to work with the best people we can find regardless of their physical location.

The parent company is registered in Missouri, USA and our subsidiary, Complete Housing LTD is registered in Accra, Ghana.

Rent-Your-Land

How much money will I make by renting my land?

When you rent your land, you will earn 15-20% of all of the rent collected from the properties on your land. The amount earned in rent will depend on location and rental style. Short-stay "AirBnB" style rentals will have a much higher monthly earning potential but with higher potential volatility, while long term leases will have less monthly earning potential but a much steadier income. The location will determine how much you can charge for rent, and what style of rental the area is suitable for. 

Do I need to use a full plot of land?

No, you will only need about a quarter plot of land. Ideally the land should be in an area where the house can be transported away if you choose to stop renting the land. 

How long does the land rental lease last?

The ideal lease term is 10 years, however it can be done for a minimum of 5 years in certain situations. 

When the original lease is over, you have the option to end or renew the lease. 

Rent-to-Own

How long will it take me to pay for the property in full?

When renting to own, you must pay at least the minimum monthly payment, but you can always choose to pay more to pay off the home faster. 

For the Complete Storey: 

If you pay the minimum monthly payments it will take you 100 months, or 8.3 years to complete payment. 

For the Complete Mobile Pod:

If you pay the minimum monthly payments it will take you 120 months, or 10 years to complete payment. 

Who pays for repairs and maintenance?

All of our properties are covered by a 1-year warranty for any issues that arise at no fault of the tenant. Any issues outside the warranty period or that are caused by the tenant must be paid for by the tenant. The tenant will be required upkeep the property and the surrounding areas to our required standards that are explained in our Rent to Own Policy.
