Through our partnership with Africap — an American firm specializing in African investments — and our collaboration with Xmutual, a forward-thinking fintech platform, we consistently assist real estate entities in raising the capital they need to complete projects.
We are also in discussions for a partnership with Kurudy, an American crowdfunding platform, which aims to make available up to $25 million for investment in real estate projects across Ghana and Africa. This strategic relationship will open the door to more joint venture opportunities and make it possible for a wider network of investors — both local and international — to participate in transforming Africa’s housing landscape.
