Scarfold Group Building in Tema

This project involved the custom design of a luxury office building for a technology company in Tema. The building was developed using a steel frame construction method, specifically selected to meet the client’s strict timeline, allowing the structure to be completed within 90 days.

The office complex consists of three stories and covers an approximate floor area of 4,400 square feet. The design incorporates two balconies, one of which serves as an external employee lounge area, providing staff with a comfortable outdoor relaxation space.

In addition to the architectural design, the project also included the planning and layout of the electrical system and internet cabling infrastructure for all office workstations, ensuring efficient connectivity and functionality throughout the building.

The project was completed with an estimated budget of $235,000.
