The Doley at Roman Ridge

For this project, we assisted a developer who had designed the project and secured the land rights by arranging a partnership with another developer to finance construction. With funding in place, construction is now underway and scheduled for completion this year.

The project will consist of 8 4-bedroom 3 story luxury townhomes in Roman Ridge, adjacent to the Airport Residential Area.

The total value of the capital we raised for this project was $1.6 million USD.
